Emmelia Jenelle Jammison was sneaking around the grounds of Hogwarts after curfew. She had a way of blending in with the shadows around corners just enough so that the Prefects couldn't see her. Not to mention the fact that it was a normal thing for her, she rarely got caught, and on those rare days she always got out of trouble. She made her way through the corridors of Hogwarts, not even her heels made a sound against the stone floor. She was wearing a pair of her dark washed jeans and a lacey black top that showed just enough skin.
At last she made it to the empty wall where the Room of Requirement was concealed. Students barely knew of the place except for a slight few, and luckily during her first year she stumbled upon it. She was attempting to hide from a couple of fifth years that decided to pick on her, and after pacing a couple of times it revealed itself to her. Thus, it has been her favorite place ever since. Especially when meeting boys late at night, it was much better than a broom closet that was certain.
She paced in front of the brick a couple of times wishing for a quiet place and at last the doors appeared. Opening them up she walked inside to a small lit fire with chairs on either side and a very large couch in the middle. She smiled at the arrangement and sat on the couch. She closed her eyes for a little while and just listened to the sounds of the castle. Emmelia heard the doors of the room open but didn't bother to look to see who it was. Instead she remained in her position and took in a deep breath, wondering who it could be at such a late hour.

Regulus was in the mood to walk, he always did that when he needed time to himself. The common room was never a place to get that time, even up in his dormitory there was usually someone up there. And as much as he didn't mind being rude at times, he wasn't in the mood to deal with people even if it meant telling them that he wasn't interested in whatever they were approaching him for. Therefore he had decided a walk was the best way to get out everything. He wasn't too sure what it was that was on his mind, but he just needed to get out and do something right now.
Grabbing a black zip up jacket, and throwing it on over his t-shirt, he had headed out. He always liked walking around the castle after hours, even with the risk of getting caught. Though he was never too afraid of getting caught, after all what would they do to him? Give him detention, or a few points off? As long as he didn't cause any havoc than he really didn't have to worry about too much. He sighed as he walked throughout the corridors, not really sure of where he was going.
Finally after a while of walking aimlessly he stopped, figuring it was best to determine just where he was. After all he didn't want to get too close to anywhere where there could be a teacher. As much as he didn't fear their wrath, he didn't want to do anything stupid. Pacing back and forth as he thought of a place where he could just go for a little bit to just relax he then realized a door. He didn't think he had seen that before. Letting curiosity get the better of him, he walked inside to find somebody already in there. Great, well he was doomed now if this was a teacher, there was no turning back. But as he stood at the door for a minute he had a guess that this wasn't a teacher, he was sure if it was this person would have turned around by now and demanded what he was doing out at this hour.
"Sorry... I didn't know anybody was in here." He said after a moment, he figured it was best to stay his distance at first just in case he really wanted to leave in a hurry and not deal with whoever this was.

Emmelia hardly ran into anyone when she snuck around at night. The Hufflepuff's were never out this late, they were to scared to wander around the halls past curfew. The Ravenclaw's were too busy studying, except for the slight misguided few that got placed there. The Gryffindor's, she ran into more often, they always had the urge to do something against the odds. Slytherin's though were always in the dungeons, partying in the Common Room, and hardly would they wander the halls late. Sometimes she felt like she was placed into the wrong house. She didn't particularly agree with the pureblood view, or with dark magic, but she did like the people down there for the most part. She befriended everyone she met, unless they wronged her, then they were on her list.
With a long sigh she heard the footsteps of someone come inside a little closer. Once they spoke she immediately knew who it was. Regulus Black, Sirius' younger brother, someone who she particularly enjoyed to have company with. There was something about Regulus that particularly attracted her. He was good looking that was for sure, but he had this air about him that demanded respect. He held himself high and for some odd reason she was attracted to his personality. Almost as much, if not more, than she was attracted to his brother as well. She wasn't sure if the Black boys knew she had a thing for the both of them, she didn't show it to Sirius as much as she did to Regulus. Considering the fact they've had a few late night meetings...there was definitely something between the two.
Emmelia stood up and walked toward him with a small smile. "What brings you out this late, Regulus Black?" She asked him with a smirk. She stood close to him and immediately felt comfortable. He was one person that she knew would never turn his back on her. Regardless of the fact that she didn't like Dark Magic or anything, which he may disagree, but he never just disregarded her either. Regulus and her just had this understanding of each other, and it comforted her to some degree. They have been secretly "together" ever since the summer, and surprisingly no one else had found out about it either. Considering it was more of a hook up type of deal anyways.
"The Common Room too boring for you tonight?" She added in a whisper, still smirking up at him. There was a mischievous look in her eye, almost begging him to join her further into the Room of Requirement...and she hoped that he would.

Most of the time when he went out on his own to walk about the grounds he did his best to not talk to the others wandering around. Unless it was a Slytherin, of course. At least if it was one of his own he knew they wouldn't rat him out or anything like that. He didn't trust too many people in other houses, especially Gryffindor just because his brother was in that house and Regulus rarely put any faith into anything his brother was associated with.
Hearing her familiar voice, he let out a small sigh of relief. Out of everyone that it could have been, he was glad it was her. He had always enjoyed her company, it was just an added bonus that they were secretly "together" now. He wasn't sure what it was about her that was different than most girls. Maybe it was because she had known him for what seemed like forever and therefore had a better understanding of who he was instead of most girls who he really didn't care to give them every little insight into his thoughts and stuff. Part of him wanted to know what it was that really attracted him to her, but the other part wasn't quite sure if he wanted to know, maybe it was just easier to do this and just enjoy whatever this was. It was best to just not over analyze things and just have fun, right?
But in all honesty she was the full package. She was gorgeous, she was smart, and not to mention they were in the same circles. Their families knew each other, both in Slytherin, really this couldn't get any better from that standpoint. So why would he ever want to give up this whole situation? He doubted there would ever be anything to make him want to give this up, and hopefully she felt the same.
Nodding he said with a smirk,"Very boring. Just the same old banter about nothing. I needed to get out for a while." And wasn't he the luckiest guy on earth to run into her in this random room? He could see that oh so familiar mischievous look, and he was more than willing to stay with her. "What brings you out so late? You shouldn't be out by yourself,"he asked with a smile. Looking over at the fire and the couch, he couldn't help but think about how this was definitely the perfect setup for a little rendezvous. His night couldn't have gotten any better that was for sure.

Emmelia knew how Regulus worked, she knew from the first time she had met him, and it made them instantly click. It was like clockwork for them, it was so easy, there was no need for any explanations between them. It was as if everything fell perfectly into place for them. One thing would be certain if they ever actually announced they were together, her father would be happy. He would probably drop everything he had ever thought about her and treat her with the respect she deserved. Then again she was always against her family, it was always really subtle, until just recent when her sister blew it all out of proportion. Resulting in her ending up with the Dark Mark and so forth.
Emmelia couldn't help but wonder if they would wind up publicly together. Sure, they secretly flirted here and there, and everyone knew they were close friends. She had to remind herself though that it was all for fun. Regulus was never in for serious relationships, she knew that going into their agreement, but it still held her for false hopes. He was everything to her, he was handsome, hard-working, sarcastic, strong...everything she could ever want. Sure, he was all for pureblood hierarchy and dark magic, but she looked past it to see what else there was.
"I know how that is." She chuckled a little. "It's way too much sometimes, especially with most of our families in the same house as well. She walked a little further into the room, leaning against the back of the couch to look at him. "You know me well enough, Regulus. I am always out late at night, I love to break curfew." She smirked pausing for a moment before adding a little more softly, "I'm not by myself now." Why was she so attracted to him? He could literally drive her crazy, especially with how much she just wanted his lips on hers.
She longed and craved to kiss him, it happened every time she saw him. It was that desire that fueled her to wait for him later, meet him in the most ridiculous of places. Then again she was never the one to advance first, she flirted a little more though, just to see his reaction. "How did you know of the Room of Requirement?" She asked him wondering how he actually stumbled upon her.

It would be a match made in heaven if they were together. If his mother and father didn't love him enough already they would certainly love him even more. The thought of maybe having another pureblood marriage would make them ecstatic. Though that was thinking way way way into the future. Regulus didn't even want a title right now, he highly doubted his mind would ever go to anything more serious.
The thought of them together was very appealing, but still there that 'what if' factor. What if things didn't work out, then what? He didn't want them to become awkward and avoid each other if this whole thing didn't work out. At least now if things didn't work out, well even if they were "together" it still wouldn't be as bad as it could be. The last thing he'd ever want was to lose her, he couldn't imagine life without her.
"Exactly. There's only so much I can take of them." Thank god his brother wasn't in his house, that was one less Black to worry about in a way. Though the thought of Sirius going against what the rest of the family was the worst part about that. Though if he was in Slytherin maybe Regulus wouldn't deeply dislike him in every way possible. Following her to the couch, he was really tempted to just pick her up and throw her on the couch, but he tried to resist the urge to do so. "Bad bad bad." He said trying to be serious, though it was very hard not to smile whenever he was around her. "True, thank god I found you before anyone else did." Just the thought of some other guy stumbling upon her in here by herself, made him quite annoyed. Even though they weren't together with a title and whatnot the idea of her with another guy bugged him. He didn't want to think about her with anybody else but him.
Moving in a little bit closer to her, he was so close to just giving in and kissing her until she mentioned whatever this room was. He'd never heard of it before, and for a moment he was distracted from the thoughts of kissing her. Typical guy. "The what? I was just trying to figure out where I was. I was looking for a quiet place and then I saw the door," he explained with a shrug.

Emmelia could remember when they began their secret relationship. She was at one of her parents parties that she was forced to going to. All of the families were invited, the Malfoy's, the Black's, everyone who was pureblooded. She had a fair amount of liquor in her system, but she wasn't completely drunk either. She stumbled upon Regulus talking to one of his friends, she wasn't quite sure who it was. They wound up in her bedroom shortly after their not even five minute conversation. He was so appealing to her and prior to their secret relationship Emmelia could just feel the tension between them. It was as if everything was pulling her toward him, and after a couple of years of it going on, they finally just gave in.
If their relationship ever ended, for whatever reason, Emmelia hoped that they would still be as close as they are. He was everything to her and she didn't want him to just toss her away if things got bad between them. It would break her heart to see him completely rid her. They were too close for too long to just stop caring for each other. She loved where their relationship stood now, and it was for the best that they just kept it on the down low. Perhaps one day it would become known, but until that day happened she was in it for the fun. That was one thing that she enjoyed about their relationship, it was fun, and Regulus always had something new up his sleeves.
Emmelia couldn't imagine Regulus with any other girl. It made her jealous just thinking about it. She was very protective over him and she viewed him as just hers. Even though they were not publicly together. She could see how some girls look at him and it bothered her. He was hers, and she was his, in secret. If any girl attempted to be with him she didn't know what she would do. It would break her heart.
"I definitely agree. Especially with my siblings anymore." She rolled her eyes a little and chuckled. She loved her siblings dearly but ever since the summer for some reason they've just distanced themselves. Her twin brother was a different story, he would always keep her updated, and be kind to her. While her younger brother and sister just wanted nothing to do with her. "I'm a very bad girl, Regulus." She winked up at him noticing how incredibly close they were. She loved flirting with him, it was almost like a drug to her. "I'm glad it was you who found me here." She smirked moving her right leg just an inch outward, so that it gently grazed against him. It was subtle but at the same time excited her, she knew what made him tick, what set him off.
Emmelia's heart fluttered as he moved in closer to her, but dropped when he only responded to her question. "This is the Room of Requirement, it presents itself to those who wish it." She told him, and looked at his lips for a moment. She bit her bottom one lightly wanting nothing more than to just be wrapped in his arms, have his lips against hers.

Regulus had never forgotten the day this whole relationship had started. He quite sure how he remembered it all with all that he had to drink, but he was definitely grateful that he did. It was always fun to have a drunken hookup, but this was different. He'd always had a bit of a crush on her, but figured that maybe he shouldn't get involved with a friend just because of all the complications and how most of his other relationships had turned out. Thank god for liquid courage, it had gotten rid of all that tension and made this wonderful thing happen.
He liked the idea of her being his, it was comforting in a way to know that he always had somebody there for him. But the idea of him being hers, was definitely a different story. Not because it meant there were other girls in the picture, no he just liked to flirt and only did it whenever he was sure Emmelia wasn't in sight. He just didn't like the idea of somebody else having some sort of claim on him in some way.
"What? You'd rather have your siblings in another house? You should at least be glad they're in Slytherin even if you don't get along with them." He wished his brother was in his house, it would make life so much easier for everyone. But no, his brother had to be the rebel, had to be against the family, it was so annoying and especially hard on Regulus, now he had all the pressure to be the golden child. Seeing that wink he couldn't help but smile, a bad Slytherin girl, how much hotter could it get? He had to be the luckiest guy in all of Hogwarts. "I'm glad it was me too," he said as he moved in closer, putting his hands on either side of couch, now he had her right where he wanted her. He loved the feel of her touch, there was just something almost electrifying about it. Taking a deep breathe, he hoped it would calm him down a little bit. Though all he really wanted to do was just give in and kiss her already. But he knew if he waited a bit longer the better it would be.
The Room of Requirement, well this was definitely a place he was going to have to use, though he still wasn't quite sure where it was located or how it even worked. "Interesting." He said looking around for a minute,"So how did you find out about this place?" Now he was just trying to tease her, trying to prolong this tension, and he couldn't help but smile as he did so.

Regulus would freak out if Emmelia had any sort of claim on him. That's one reason why they never officially announced their relationship. She knew how he was, he didn't like to have ties on him, but that's something she couldn't change. It was unfortunate though, she wanted to let the world know how happy she was with him. Yet all it would do would push Regulus away. It was better that they kept it a secret for the reason of keeping him around Emmelia a little bit longer.
There was the pureblood elitist in him, which she could only jut agree to. He knew her views and they always agreed to disagree. She wouldn't push anything on him that she disagreed with. "Oh, completely..." She grumbled a little. "You don't know my siblings as much as you think. At least the younger ones anyways." After that she shook away the sibling drama in her life. Knowing how much it effected Regulus, considering Sirius and him hardly even talk. Emmelia watched as he completely trapped her against the back of the couch. She looked into his eyes almost begging him to give in already.
Regulus was just prolonging the situation now. She could tell by the way he was carrying on a conversation he probably wasn't interested in, especially since both their body language told her he wanted what she did. "Well, it was my first year at Hogwarts, and some fifth year Gryffindor's decided it would be a fantastic idea to chase me around the school. Needless to say I stumbled upon the Room and I've used it ever since." She told him a short version of how she came across it. Was he satisfied enough to just forget about it and give in already? It was driving her crazy.

He liked the idea of their secret relationship, it was fun to sneak around and meet up with her in random places. It kept things exciting, which was something Regulus liked. Most of his old relationships gotten old early, he didn't like doing the same boring thing over and over again. But there was always something new going on for them, it was so much fun. Plus he liked the idea that they knew something that everyone else didn't. The only downside of this secret relationship was seeing her talk to other guys and not being able to do anything to show that they were together. But he supposed that was his own fault, after all it was him that didn't want to make this relationship public so he guessed he'd have to live with it.
Regulus had never understood why she would think badly about their families pureblood ideals. But he wasn't about to push her into anything, he had seen what it had done when his family had tried to push Sirius and he wasn't about to ruin this relationship over that. "True," he said with a shrug, he wasn't about to get into all this family drama. Especially right now when he could be enjoying his time alone with her.
He was only half listening to her story, he was more thinking about her and how this was pretty much perfect what they had going on right now. This couldn't get any better, could it? "Interesting." He smirked, doing his best not to laugh. It was so much fun to torture her, even though it was torture to himself as well. "So how do you get in here?" He was somewhat interested in the Room of Requirement, after all it could be useful for them in the future. Though he was only partially paying attention, he was getting pretty distracted by her beauty, and just how much he wanted to kiss her. He didn't think he could last much longer, he was going to have to kiss her soon.

Emmelia wondered how Regulus felt seeing her talking to other guys. She knew how some of them looked at her, lustful, and she couldn't help but wonder how Regulus felt when he saw them look at her like that. Did he ever get jealous? If he did he really didn't show it well, considering the fact that their relationship is still a secret. She loved and hated the secrecy at the same time. She loved the excitement and the thrill of sneaking around with him, the way that they were the only two that knew about it, it made everything between them so much better. She hated how she had to keep it a secret, how she wished they could show affection in front of others. It made her feel alone sometimes that it wasn't a twenty four seven deal, it was only when they were concealed.
Emmelia was glad that Regulus hadn't lectured her on her family situation. That's how Sirius was practically thrown over the cliff, and Emmelia was thrown over because of the abuse. She didn't tell Regulus about it but he did see her a couple of times afterward in the past. She didn't know how he would react and the only person that knew about it was his brother. Even Sirius didn't fully understand or help with the situation. All he did was sit there and listen when she wanted to be comforted. Maybe soon Regulus would know...she was planning on telling him eventually anyways.
She knew that he wasn't paying attention much, he had the look in his eye. He was torturing not just her but himself. Who was he kidding anyways? She knew what he wanted and that wasn't her history with the Room of Requirement. "I think I'll keep that a secret, love." She smirked, now it was her turn to toy with him. Two could play at that game, and she was pretty good at it. She wanted to kiss him so bad but she wasn't about to make the first move here. Since he had her pinned against the couch in the first place.

He was a very jealous guy, he didn't like seeing anybody else talk to what was supposed to be his. And even more infuriating was that he couldn't do anything about it since they were supposed to be a secret. But he mostly took his anger out on others, he didn't want Emmelia to see him upset over her talking to some guy. After all he really shouldn't be upset, right? It was his idea so he was just going to have to live with it. Besides he could always take his anger out on unsuspecting first years, there was nothing like hexing a few to put him in better spirits again.
It somewhat scared him to know that she didn't agree with her family. He didn't want her to go through what happened with Sirius. He had some idea of what she went through from what little she had mentioned, part of him wanted to know more so he could maybe help her or at least be there for her. But another part of him didn't want to know, he'd been through all the drama with his own family, he wasn't sure how he would deal with listening to her own family drama. Though he would listen if she needed him to, he wasn't sure how much of a help he could be to her but he was willing to be there. After all that was what people in relationships did, even if their relationship was a bit different that most, and even if he didn't want to admit that this was a kind of relationship, it was.
This was getting more and more difficult every second, the more he looked into her eyes, the more he listened to that sweet voice, it was such torture. Oh she was just as bad as him. The tables had turned and now he was going to have to do the begging, god she was good. "Aww, come on. Please tell me. I really want to know." He said, doing his best to not smile as he tried to fake a pleading look. It wouldn't be long before he was going to have to give in. Moving his hands from the couch to placing them on her waist, he immediately knew that he was going to be giving in much sooner than later now that they were both touching.

Regulus needed to understand Emmelia's family situation. That was the only thing that he didn't know about her, besides her slight crush on his brother. She knew how bad things were at his place with the whole Sirius issue, and she didn't want to plague him with her issues. Yet, at the same time it would bring to light as to why she was the way she was. Why she hated being pureblooded, hated Dark Magic, the whole nine yards. It was something that she knew she couldn't run away from, but at the same time she attempted to resist it. All she wanted was to be accepted for who she was, and if Regulus knew about her father abusing her...maybe he would finally understand. Emmelia knew though that now wasn't the right moment either. Another time, perhaps.
Emmelia always wanted to be there for Regulus. Wanted to be able to help him in times of need, be able to show how much she truly does care for him. It was something that she wanted to do not just in secret but in public as well. She cared so much for the man before her, she couldn't bare to lose him in any sort of way. Not only were they in a relationship, regardless of how secretive it was, but he was one of her best friends. So, why has she kept her families secret for so long from him?
The tables have turned and Rodolphus was "begging" to know how to get inside the Room of Requirement. She smirked and shook her head lightly, "You're going to have to do better than that, Reg." She felt his hands move to her waist and it took everything with her to not go crazy. His touch was intoxicating, it electrified her whole body, and made her crave for more. It was comforting yet demanding at the same time, as if to say that he claimed her just by his touch. She wrapped her arms around his neck moving them even closer to each other, their bodies practically against each other. Her adrenaline began to rush a little, but that's the only thing she did. It was in his field tonight not hers.

He didn't like not knowing everything about her. After all she knew about his family issues, she probably knew them best out of any of his friends. Most of them just knew that the family had pretty much disowned Sirius and that was as far as Regulus would go into detail. But with her, he had felt comfortable enough to let her know some of what he was feeling and that was something very few people ever got to see. He didn't like expressing his feelings or anything like that, it made him feel too vulnerable. But since she had known him for so long and was one of his best friends he had felt he could talk to her. So why wouldn't she tell him what was going on with her? He wanted to help her, even if he was a bit hesitant about the situation. At least he could be there for her like she was there for him. But how could he get her to talk to him about this stuff? He wasn't about to just ask her and bug her about what was going on. He supposed he would just have to wait for the right time.
He liked being there for her, it made him feel less of a bad guy. After all he was a Slytherin and he knew he wasn't the most popular guy around Hogwarts thanks to his views and such. So at least if he could be nice and be supportive of one person it would make him feel like a much better person. Besides he never had to put up an act with her, she knew him all too well. All in all she made him a temporary good guy, she made him not think about all of the other issues going on with him. He could just focus on her and be happy for the time they had together.
"Oh really?" Alright he could torture her a bit more to get what he wanted. Though as she put her arms around his neck it was getting harder and harder to focus on getting this little secret out of her that he really didn't care too much about. He was getting more and more distracted, feeling their bodies pressed together. All he wanted to do was give in and let the torture be over. But he wasn't going to give up just yet, as much as he loved it when she turned the tables he wanted to win. He leaned in and kissed her softly on the neck, and then whispered,"Are you going to tell me now?"

What if he didn't understand though? That the abuse, the tortures, them forcing her to be a Death Eater has molded her to hate her family. To go against everything they attempted to instill in her. She was a naturally friendly person, she hardly had an evil bone in her body, and when her dark side came out...it wasn't a pretty sight. Emmelia had kept her family situation a secret from Regulus because she was afraid of what he would say or do. Scold her, comfort her, go off on her, everything was such a wild card in this area, and she didn't like it. She could only hope that when she did tell him that he would understand at last.
Regulus had a particularly hated reputation with the other houses at Hogwarts. When they would see her just talking to him, some of the looks they get are not great ones to see. No one knew Regulus like she did though. Sure, he can be a typical Slytherin prick when he wants to be, which is around those he doesn't know well. When he's with her though, it's as if he truly cares for her well being. His attitude is sweet and gentle, warm and welcoming. It makes her feel like she truly is wanted and loved in a sense. Only Regulus made her feel as if she was the only person that mattered.
"Yes, really." Emmelia smirked at him once again. He was going to cave in soon, she knew it. She knew he wasn't too interested in knowing how to get into the Room of Requirement. The only thing he was truly focused on was the moment, on her, and she knew it too. Regulus hated to lose, and this was just another game for him...that he was not going to win. As his lips grazed her neck gently, she shuddered a little, her eyes fluttering closed, and a small sigh escaped her lips. "It's tempting but I'm not going to tell you." She smiled...game on.
