Heads, Prefects, and Quidditch captains will be appointed by the admins. They will be offered, upon reviewing applications, after acceptance. Please note that because this is, of course, AU not all canon prefects will be prefects. Some of the students from the 1990's will be appointed prefects in the 1970's.
Quidditch captains, upon being appointed, can then start a thread with a 'roster' of their members. (The staff will sticky this thread for you ;] ). Each member that wants to join a team must then leave a post in this thread with their 'tryout'. The captain can then approve or disapprove of you joining the team.
