( THE LAWS) You know you love them! Just read these rules to have the best experience here at Nineteen Something! ( GETTING STARTED) Alright, so first of all, you need to register with your character's first & last name. If you need a name change, we are not going to give you one. So do it right, please. You need to do your application above anything! Then, you need to post in the face claim, following the other claims. DO NOT post if your application isn't accepted. Please talk to us! That is what the C-BOX is for! We are very sociable here at Nineteen Somethin', and we are welcoming to all new members, so don't be shy! Do not start drama in the cbox. It's a privilege, not a right. We can ban from it. ( C-BOX) So, here's the deal. Don't go advertising in the C-BOX! Seriously, that is what the advertising board is for. Don't worry, people will see it if they want to, stop making us! No fighting! Guys, really, be mature. Don't act like six- year-olds and fight over stupid things. I've seen and heard them enough to know that they are annoying! We will revoke your right to use it, and you'll be stuck just roleplaying here and not able to be social. Remember: Don't be shy! We LOVE to chat with you! Just make sure to follow this rules or your I.P. will be temporarily suspended. ( ROLEPLAYING) It'd be wicked cool if we didn't break Proboards ToS. For those of you who don't know what at that means we cannot glamorize/encourage drug use, ect. Sexual threads, excessively violently threads, and threads proboards labeled as 'Filthy' are not permitted. But...they're teenagers and college-age students! Just take it to AIM/MSN/whatever you wish. Then LOG IT. We have a LOG IT section just for this sort of thing, you know. Make it tasteful and not-detailed, using it just to tell us that this is what happened. (Also use the LOG IT method if you're doing ANY sort of rping outside of the board; it allows us to see you're still here!) LOGGING is very important. It lets us see what's going on away from the site. If I don't see logging of the IC- Cbox, it will be taken away. You may keep the log like a post, a memory, or a journal. JUST do it. Logging of the IC-Cbox is also encouraged. The same rules for posting are in the cbox too, loves! Just take it to messenger - it's free! There is no limit to how many words you type! The more the better, but there is a minimum of how many you NEED to type. 3 WELL written paragraphs are required. Yeah, yeah we understand writers block and all that jazz, but that is only once in a while, kay? The first part of the password is 'lemon'. Do not, do not, do not reply to a post that someone spent 2 hours on, and post 1 clumsy paragraph. It is very unfair, and it will be deleted by the admins. Remember spell check! Grammar check! We are very picky people. Capitalization is one of the musts. We don't mean to be nagging asses, BUT it is just a pet-peeve to most people. Thanks. ( CHARACTERS) There is no limit on how many characters you can have. But you must put them ALL on different accounts. It gets confusing for some people, even if it isn't confusing for you, be considerate. If you have three characters, one of the characters has to be a boy. That's great if all of them are, the more the better! Boys seem to be the minimum of chara- cters on most sites. Please do not whine if the face claim you wanted is taken. We don't want to hear it. You can PM the person and ask them if you want to be twins.. or.. your out of luck. It isn't then end of the universe if you don't have the face you want. No Mary-Sue's or Gary-Sue's allowed. ALL people have flaws and your characters have to too! ( ACTIVITY) Can you please, please, please stay active? We cannot stress this enough, it is okay if you have to go on vacation or something like that, but don't just disappear, post on the leaving forum or the talk forum, please. We'll think you died if you don't tell us! :( The second part of the password is 'drops'. Here's how activity is going to work. If you don't log in for a week, you're out. Why are you even on a site if you can't bother to even log in? Proboard's Login site is a HUGE help for this. I'll contact you if you haven't logged in in 3-4 days using the IM you provided in the APP, but that's the one warning you get it. If you don't make a post for two weeks, you're out. I don't care if you log in everyday, but if you don't post for 14 days you're off. You'll get a reminder if you don't post for 10 days. OF COURSE, if you tell me that you're going away or tell me through that contact that something is up you'll be put on hiatus and everything will be chill. :] ( THANKS) Thank you for viewing Nineteen Something!
