HARPER MAROWSKI, GRYFFINDOR, HALFBLOOD, SIXTH YEAR, TIME-TRAVELER, SINGLE Harper here is your average Gryffindor. Honorable, brave, loyal, all that good stuff. But, what's a girl to do without her flaws, I ask you? While a fiery soul, Harper can get vicious. While honorable, Harper can be proud. While loyal, Harper can be very judgmental. However, despite what you may think about that last statement, Harp very rarely judges people because of their house, blood type, or classification. The only bright side to this here flaw is that Harper judges people individually, by what she sees and hears of each individual. Get on her bad side, you're done on her list. Get on her good side, she's a friend for life. This is also a girl who loves her parties and her butterbeer, and occasionally stirring up some mischief. She hates doing homework period, mainly because this poor girl has a form of dyslexia, which makes reading and writing very difficult for her. On the other hand, many could agree that Harper makes a pretty good spellcaster. No, she isn't the best, but she most definitely is up there among the better students. Overall, this is Harper Marowski. Think you can handle it? Go ahead and continue if you can.
FRIENDS
Well, obviously, Harper has to have her friends. Having been thrown back in time, and having the personality she does, this isn't a girl who's too shy to make new friends. She plans on going along with Dumbledore's advice. Make new roots here. So I can imagine this Gryff will have a healthy mixture of past and present people as her friends, so don't think that all because you're from a certain time period makes you ineligible for this category. But, while Harp isn't necessarily picky, she does have standards. Above all, you can't treat her like dirt. She isn't stupid, and she definitely isn't a pushover. For friends, she needs people who can deal with her fiery attitude, who can listen when she wants to rant about someone or something, and most certainly someone who won't insult her bloodline or any of her other friends. She loves her Muggle mother, and there's a chance that her younger siblings won't have any hints of magic period. Granted, the only Marowskis around in this time period are her pureblooded father and his family, but Harp will never deny her halfblood status, and never will she judge someone just because of their blood status. If you can respect all of that, you might just have a chance.
ENEMIES
Come on, a girl this fiery and bold, don't tell me she won't have people that she'll hate or people that will hate her. It's very easy to tick her off, and with her big mouth, she can very easily tick someone else off. The only issue is that once you're Harp's enemy, it's extremely hard to prove to her that you're not. She's a stubborn girl. She doesn't like being proved wrong anyway. Once you're Harper's enemy, you're more than likely going to be her enemy for life. And since you are, be prepared for jibes, and the occasional hex. Harp can be vicious, and while she normally doesn't provoke fights, if you tick her off enough she might just start a duel with you. Basically, Harper can love, but she sure as hell can hate too. Just be aware of that.
LOVES
Who doesn't love a good romance story? Well, Harper doesn't mainly because she can't read, but I as her player know that she's definitely eligible as far as dating goes. It just it would probably take a decent guy to handle this sort of girl. Now, all because she has all this fire in her doesn't mean she can't take a guy who has just as much fire as she does. Honestly, I'm more partial to the hate-then-love relationships, mainly because I believe Harper can pull it off. But, then again, explosive crushes are also available for Harp, depending on your idea. Basically, I can be considered as a player searching for a partner for this little lioness, but I'm not desperate. But, if you have any ideas, go ahead and throw them my way. We'll see what you have in store. (;

Rodolphus&Harper I do not believe these two would be friends. I can see Roddy possibly liking her attitude and her heart, but seeing as she is Half blood, no chance at friendship. Sirius&HarperSirius is mischievous as we all know, and I believe he and Harper would get along very well. There are times where talking to James about things just doesnt cut it. Sirius would love the fire in Harper's spirit. :3 [/center] |

The two have a lot in common! I have a feeling they would get along great, and perhaps be best of friends? Emmelia and her personality are very similar, so they would definitely get along just swimmingly, lol. Ideas? Thoughts?

I can see it, because really I don't think Harper would want to be his friend anyway. Don't take this the wrong way, but all because he respects her doesn't mean she'll take anything easy on him. I think it would depend on their chemistry as charries, if that makes any sense. Definite enemies, but it could be the case where they respect each other. Harper doesn't go out of her way to tick him off, he doesn't go out of his way to tick her off sort of thing. But if they were in a fight, they'd go at it, no questions asked. Or it could just be your typical hate enmity. I do suppose it could either be up to you or possible threads in the future.
SIRIUS&HARPER
Oh lords. *covers eyes* Not entirely sure I want to watch what happens next. But yes, yes, I can see them getting along definitely. Harp would definitely admire Sirius' ability to get into mischief. Haha, not that I could ever see Sirius not being able to talk to James, but when you're Harper's friend she'll do anything for you, really. So sure, she'd always be willing to lend an ear if he needed it, or a hand if he needed an extra gal for a prank. Love it. They would definitely get along, I feel like. Don't think I'm trying to start anything, but I also feel like, eventually (doesn't have to be), Harp may develop a crush on him. That's a big maybe, but it could happen. And honestly, even if she did, she'd never act on it 'cause "love" is the one department she isn't all gung-ho about. Whaddya think?
EMMELIA&HARPER
YUS YUS YUUUUUUS! Slytherin best friend! It's a perfect example of how Harper doesn't let house generalizations get in her way. Harper's one of those "transfer students", so they would have to meet and become very fast friends. I feel like this is one of those friendships where Harper will have the right to call her "Emmy" or "Ems" and Emmelia can be one of the rare ones who can call her "Harpy". Looooove the idea. <3

I do indeed believe that Harper would be involved in various pranks that James and Sirius have planned, that is if she is up for them. Also, he would love a girl friend, he does have several girls who try to get with him but Sirius doesnt always deliver on that note. Finally, Sirius might be dropped some flirtatious remarks towards Harper. Let's face it, Sirius loves the ladies and if he sees someone pretty he is going to tell them such. :3 |

LOVES IT! They would be like two peas in a pod, plus they'd always be around James, Sirius, and Remus, since Em loves them all too. (GLARES AT SIRIUS! BAD BAD BOY!, jk XD) Mass drama though if Harp begins to like Sirius, it would be funny to see how that plays out ;]

Meleny is from the same time period as Harper. Meleny is the type who won't insult anyone's blood status or house. She's a Gryffindor like her and a sixth year. The only other person named Aldridge in this time period is her seventeen year old father. So, Meleny is basically really kind and easy to get along with unless someone insults her beliefs or blood status. She's a pure blood but is a blood traitor to Slytherins because she doesn't have the ideals of a pureblood.

Alice & Harper
Alice could be a new friend of Harper's. She treats all her friends with respect and is extreemely loyal. She would do anything for her friends. Alice is a good listener and wouldn't mind listening to her long rants. She also always defends muggles and muggleborns no matter what. I don't know how she will judge Alice. The girl is very kind and friendly but things always come out the wrong way. She has a tendency to babble when nervous. She used to fall in love too quickly and ever since a hard heartbreak now she has her heart to gaurded. Alice also wouldn't mind helping her with homework, even if she isn't the smartest, she is average. add/subtract/modify

hm, well, based off of this post you made here and the post you made with remus, she seems pretty calm and even-tempered. she might be friendly which would make harper tolerant of her, and she would be glad that meleny doesn't care about her blood status, but harp's not really one to have calm, gentle friends. i mean, they would probably know each other and since, i'm assuming that they would have roomed together back in their time period so i mean they certainly wouldn't hate each other, but unless meleny would be up for like some random midnight outings and the occasional smuggling or alcohol and going crazy, they wouldn't be the best of friends.
HARPER&ALICE
haha, harper would definitely need a study buddy and/or a tutor. mainly for theory though, almost never for magic, because harper's pretty good with hands-on learning and practical stuff. and having someone who could listen to her rants is a big plus, 'cause you just know it is. as long as alice can handle her, she's in lol. i'm thinking reasonably okay friends, because i don't know about them being besties. whatever you think works. ^^
