Entering the library, Andi felt an immediate sense of calm wash over her entire being. There was no doubt that this was probably her favorite room in the castle. Even when she didn't have homework, she was bound to end up in the library doing 'leisurely' reading or what others would call, 'a waste of time'. Walking in with a smirk on her face, she carried a total of five books with her. She was planning on finishing an essay that was due in a couple of weeks for Defense Against the Dark Arts. Strolling to the back of the library, she took a seat at her favorite table. It was next to the window and had a lovely veiw of the gardens in the spring and summer time. Now, all she saw was rain, rain and more rain falling from the sky. She suddenly was grateful that she was indoors, but regardless, a shiver went down her spine. Letting all of her books scatter across the table, she took out a long roll of parchment that already had text neatly scripted nearly to the end. Smiling at the progress she had already made, she opened a book and continued writing. Andi was concentrating immensely on what she was writing, going into great detail. Finally finishing the assignment, she rolled up the parchment and shut the book quietly. Grabbing her Advanced Potions book, she opened it and began to read. Potions had always interested her because it challenged her intelligence. However, she still always managed to get straights Os in every class. Well, except Divination where she recieved and E or A. She absolutely loathed the class and found no point in learning it whatsoever. She was surely going to drop it in her seventh year so she didn't have to bother with it. When she realized what little progress she was making, she let her mind wander to Quidditch. She was curious as to when the next practice was considering she hadn't heard any news yet. She was utterly wreckless when it came to the sport, but she flew with as much grace as a ballet dancer. She was competitive, no doubt. Reading always came in handy too when she wanted to learn a new trick. But quite frankly, you can't learn to fly from a book, you have to have natural talent. Letting out a sigh, she glanced out the window to see if the rain had let up with no such luck. It would have been nice to fly around the pitch today. But when did weather ever stop her? When Andi looked back at her book, ready to turn the page, she heard a loud noise echo through out the library. Startled, she let out a small yelp and covered her mouth quickly. Shrinking her personal books so they fit in her bag, she stood up to go and put the others back that weren't hers. Standing on her tip-toes to reach the fourth shelf, she managed to put the book back. The other, however, fell onto the floor in the process. Why didn't she just put it back with magic, you ask? Easy, she's incredibly stubborn. Letting out a frustrated grumble of words under her breath, she managed to put back the book with a hop. After seeking out an old Quidditch playbook, she made her way back to the empty table. Bringing her knees up to her chest, she lost herself in her thoughts once more.

Emmelia Jenelle Jammison was bored to tears up in her dormitory. She had all of her work caught up surprisingly, already practiced for Quidditch in the pouring rain, and now there was nothing to do. She decided to head down to the library, perhaps there would be something that would just pop out at her. She jogged throughout the halls of Hogwarts, wearing a pair of blue jeans, a white v-neck shirt, and gym shoes. Her long brown hair was in curls just below her shoulders, and she pondered about what she was going to do while in the library.
She opened the doors and immediately got an idea. With a small smirk on her face she roamed up and down the many cases of books, once everything was clear she casted a simple, yet harmless, explosive charm. Instantly that whole case of books was in the air, the books flying every which way, and the students began screaming in terror. With a low chuckle Emmelia evacuated the scene, no one would know it was her.
As she walked farther in to the library she stumbled upon a familiar face. Her smile widened as she sat down at the Ravenclaw's table. Andromeda Black. The only one of the sisters that agreed with Emmelia's views of the Dark Arts, and the pureblood elitist mentality. Sirius and Andi were her two best friends ever since they were little. Considering the Jammison's made sure she knew every pureblooded family, so that she could be perfectly matched when she was older.
Andromeda was one of the sweetest girls Emmelia has ever come to know, and she considered her as a younger sister. "Andi, every time I stumble upon you, you always have books in your hands." Emmelia commented. "Girl, you need to let go a little. Quit worrying so much about studying and getting good grades!"
