From the start, everyone knew who Hermione was. The long bushy brown hair, the sharp-tone of her voice, and the (slightly fixed) bent front teeth to be honest, she wasn't much to look at in the beginning. Most calling her plain, while others called her a freak she truthfully was only both in between. No, she didn't have one of those bikini bodies that girls would oh-so-prompftly work themselves out for or nor did she have one of the outstanding faces that were covered all in make-up and plastic that most of her gender would stand ' proudly ' . No no no, she wasn't any of that all not even in the smallest detail.

She was, an average girl. With the normal body, normal face, and with the handful of hair. She somehow managed to live on with the thickness of it in her childhood (that now she finds so silly, compared to the hair she has now) and also somehow managed to fix it where now still thick, but much better fixed and cared for probably thanks to her small interests in appearances and also with her confidence. Hey, she's a girl still all in all even being the bookworm she is, and you can't complain really on her changes can you? She looks better!

In which alot of boys later on in her life, showed later when she started to grow a bit more maturer. Her flawless skin carved around her now much adult-like facial expressions and the mentioned bushy brown hair became much more straighter and nutured. The child like face that she once had when she was little had become much more like a woman, though a gentle face she has, her tone of it has much of a ' strict ' look and one knowing she's serious in everything she does. Hermione Jean Granger once known for her bland features, quickly disperesed and now smooths the looks of a beautiful growing woman, that now has a face that you won't forget.

strengths,

* Intelligent. Anyone who knows Hermione Jean Granger knows for a fact that she's more then just average. Having high marks in her education and undying devotion into studying the brown-bushed hair teen can probably produce mostly any spell flawlessly and speak any book from the library without a miss of words. Choosing brains over brawn anyday, there is no exaggeration in that she is the brightest witch of her age.

* Sharp. Collected even in the most difficult situations, Hermione is quite the quick thinker. While she's obviously nicknamed as the logical one in the group, she always somehow has another technique in doing something right away if other missions and plans, fail. At close danger, she attempts to keep calm and is nearly always easily adaptable to situations and can improvise rather fast.

* Strong-willed. Not afraid to speak her mind, the muggle-born witch is an assertive girl who won't back down when it comes to taking a stand in her opinions. Even the things she stands for or likes aren't the most popular, she will still stand proudly to show pride and would never go ' in the crowd ' for stuff she already knows trivial. Hermione, even though a teenage girl, can be under in pressure sometimes but she is willed enough to do the right thing.

* Bossy. Doing things the right way, can sometimes basically mean doing things her way. Although she's quite naive to her personality, her actions and words can at times annoy or infuriate others. Though she's bright, she has a tough decision choosing whether the right thing to do is is still allowed if it involves breaking rules, and usually wants to do things the more logical way that keeps her safe as possible. Really, it's not like she likes being controlling, it's mostly just because she's truthfully protective and sees things in different ways then others.

* Unconfident. She's a sixteen year old girl. What do you expect? Having her faults and problems and anxiety over her own body and gender, not even Hermione can avoid, and over the years she's had difficulties of the inside and outside of herself. She normally won't show (either that, or she'll get irritated for people ' not understanding how she feels ') her slight low esteem though, and has a good ability to hold it inside but now with her growing adolescent being persisting she's starting to wonder even more.

* Temper, temper. Plus this with her bossiness can create her to have both a happy side, and a unfriendly side you do not want to see. With Hermione she can be a great thinker. Knowing what to do, improvising, picking the right choices and etc; However, she has a short fuse which can make her look very unappealing; because when she lets out, she lets out and being called ' scary at times' is not just an accusation when she gets mad. Being misunderstood sometimes, and quite snobby, she has trouble with emotions and her fury is no exception.

She felt hopeless, meaningless, and useless....She was scared at what they were making her become and feel like but thankfully Harry's quick words helped her fight them off. But still the emptyness, and cold heartache she had felt on that day she will never forget since it was nothing she could ever imagine.

Logic and Knowledge isn't just all that you'll find in the girl's personality. Well, it's most of it, but still it isn't everything.

Hermione was first a non-rule breaker child, a child of everything good and a child of nothing but pure knowledge and excellent charisma. In fact, she still is all of these things but as she went older new maturer things became into her matter, the shorter fuse and the troubling confidence.... A kind girl she honestly is, never to hold grudges or analyze someone out of other people's judgments or gossip, she is a strong-willed witch who has no fear in telling what's right, and proving what's wrong. Even if that includes doing the most complicated things, Hermione as the brightest witch of her age, has no worry or stress in anything with logic, books and other resources.

Although the clever teen, does have her negative points, and most of them can cause her conflict. Bossy and nagging Hermione is, she has a no tolerance for stupidity and simple immaturity. Acting like a snob at times, Hermione sees herself as a more mature teenager then other people (especially a certain red-head) and has her own ways and opinions of what's ' smart ' or plainly just ' barmy. ' Even with her hardworking personality, and high grades she can have the lowest confidence so often as well, and right now is facing truly what the sixteen year old girls are going through in the usual typical muggle high school stereotypes; boys, appearances, and dramas.

the beginning: Born in England, in the beginning the child had a average, normal life. Raised by her two lovely muggle parents, she was lived to be the only child in the family which made her pampered extra with her parents' love. They were in fact like her, simply a normal English family with a Father, a Mother, a Daughter. But later in her childhood with receiving a letter, she realized the part of a normal daughter was wrong. Hermione Granger, was in fact told that she was a witch and had a clear invitation to a school called Hogwarts that taught Witchcraft and Wizardry. Surprising enough with the usual muggles being frightened at this, hers were surprised yet still proud of her becoming; that quite frankly perhaps might change the normality of her parents' status as well. Thus later with a overwhelmed eleven year old out of public school and into witchcraft she did not refuse studying about everything that they had to offer immediately, excited.

year one: But little did she know, that what she expected wasn't all just a goblet of pumpkin juice and chocolate. From the start thanks to her ' know-it-all ' behavior and ' funny looking appearance ' she was made fun of, and shunned away which made her worried that she wouldn't get any friends. Luckily enough though the short meet with Harry and Ron in the train expanded even more, creating a friendship later after the ' troll incident ' on Halloween even with the irritations and nagging she caused to them, primarily to Ron Weasley. She still wonders to herself in the present how the three became friends. The strangest pairings ever, yet she loves them so much despite their obvious differences.

She also later in the last weeks assist Harry and Ron with her advanced knowledge taking the Philosopher's Stone avoiding it from Lord Voldermort.

year two:

Better things started to change for Hermione socially, although more dangers happen to the poor girl. Being now much more closer to Harry and Ron after in the incident with Quirell she started to create a group of friends with them slowly forming the famous ' trio . ' Writing letters to each other, (which later realized none had went through to Harry) Hermione grew much happier that she had successfully made friends, even if some weren't the smartest.

But also in this year, did she had to painfully face the predejuice that some wizards had with ' her kind ' on one day within a certain ferret, and quidditch team of snakes. Being called a Mudblood was something that she wasn't used to honestly and never knew much about the hatred only knowing that what she had was ' dirty blood. ' It hurt her really that students were like this, and possibly held the grudge ever since because after all she was still a kid, a sensitive kid at that so she didn't know how to take it well. She was already mature enough herself on how she took it without crying her eyes out or punching someone, but it's questionable whether it was only because she didn't know how to react.

Later on in the weeks with the ' chamber of secrets open ' (and also with the handsome new DADA teacher she strangely finds herself infatuated with) Hermione had no argument in helping Harry when the petrifying of students began to occur. Studying and studying about the mysterious attacks she uses her wits to discover how it was happening; and also seeing if Draco Malfoy was the heir of the Slytherin using the impressive polyjuice potion use for Harry and Ron (which amazed them, since her of all people breaking laws) although backfiring on her picking the wrong hairs, neverless succeeding their original plan.

She was even on the verge on bringing to light how the creature was causing his deeds. However using the clues she already brought to Harry and Ron she miraculously assisted them severly on destroying the monster, and also the soon-to-be-known horcrux in the Chamber. She may have been petrified, but her brains still gave the two boys confidence in defeating it.

So in the end, Ron's sister Ginny was saved by the trio killing off the Basilisk and saving the lives that could of been frozen and or/killed. But honestly, the worst thing that happened to her was that also at the end of the year, exams were cancelled. She really studied hard for them.

year three:

Do you remember the mentioned quarrells of Hermione Jean Granger and Ronald Bilius Weasley? Well, they got worse. Hermione in the beginning of the year purchased an half-kneazle named Crookshanks. He was her new familiar, a big orange fluffed kitten, and also ' Scabber's ' worst nightmare. Crookshanks was a very intelligent animal and it was possible that he already knew that Scabbers wasn't really who everyone thought he was; being, Peter Pettigrew. Sadly though on the outside, it simply just looked like a cat playing with a mouse who showed great hatred that caused quite the fights with each of their owners.

In the start of the year, Hermione being the bookworm she is, also begins to take more classes then the rest of the squad. It wasn't said yet to the others, but she took some at the same time thanks to the help of professor McGonnagal, using a time-turner. Stress began to occur to her, disappearing at times, becoming more emotional and uneased then she ever was (we can't forget the lucky guy who got her anger in a fist now can't we?) she later at the end of year gives up on this, saying it's too tiring too keep up with it.

She also quickly figures out that the new DADA teacher Remus Lupin was an animagus onto his sudden leavings and in the lesson of teaching boggarts (which was very painful by the way hear a professor she loved, saying she failed) but kept that also a secret because he was a fairly good teacher, and she quite liked his methods. Which was very much a different opinion then the one she had for another teacher named, ' Mrs. Trewlawney. '

Anyway later on, Hermione surprisingly holds her temper and dignity when facing the Marauder's Map that Harry received from the Fred and George not saying a word even with her responsible attitude, but later reports the Firebolt he had got as a Christmas present from a stranger (which she thought was the infamous murderer Sirius Black) which later caused her to be shunned, and even feeling a bit guilty though the two boys were honestly the ones selfish and less caring. More troubles started to happen between the three, with Ron accusing the disappearance of Scabbers his pet rat, Hermione's cat Crookshank's fault and the stress she was building up with her classes she didn't know what to do nor how to respond. But thankfully in ending of their silent friendship, they all made up, and went to focus on the main problem they all had which was protecting Buckbeak a hippogriff that was about to be exterminated unto his ' attack ' on Draco.

Alas though, the first time they did not succeed. And yes you correctly read it, there was a second chance in doing it again. Using the time turner that was seriously dangerous to process all of them, they soon realized that Sirius Black wasn't the true criminal in the case but it was shockingly, Ron's rat Scabbers who became uncovered as Peter Pettigrew an unregistered animagus, who betrayed Harry's parents. While Pettigrew escapes, and Sirius attacked by dementors Hermione had took the risks of all risks, by taking Harry using her time-turner defying all rules, to go back and stop what would happen sooner in the past's future by saving Buckbeak's life.

year four:

When a girl grows up she grows up, and not only does she notice herself anymore. Fourteen year old Hermione Granger begins to sprout as a woman in her fourth and upward years. She births into a more elegant and sophisticated woman now actually facing a few crushes and deriving to be more attentive to her looks.

But still, the same Hermione in the inside of her hasn't changed. Creating the protection organization called the S.P.E.W, she enrolls herself to protect mistreated house elfs and to liberate them after seeing the abuse Mr. Crouch had shown his own elf in the Quidditch World Cup. Starting from there, knowing that even more house elfs were abused even in her own school she promises to them that she will protect each and every single one of them and her top goals is to liberate them from the unacceptable usage by their so called ' Masters '. She didn't get much popularity onto this only getting people to join by worrying of her nagging, since people rather nor cared or thought house elfs liked what they did. But even to this she still stands for what she thinks is right about the treatment of house-elfs. Even if the ones that she was protecting don't even agree.

When the Tri-Wizard Tournament was held and the calling of her best friend no other known as Harry Potter was enrolled there had been quite the drama once again between the trio. Ron thinking he was grabbing as much victory as he could grew jealous of his other best friend while surprisingly Hermione knew by heart that Harry did not put his name in the Goblet. As the new different schools come intrude into Hogwarts, Hermione has seen Fleur Delacour (which she finds utterly annoying and full of herself) despite Ron's and other men's opinions on the school while at the same time catching the attention of a Durmstrang Student, Viktor Krum--which also made a redhead boy jealous, as well. Especially when it left him in the Yule Ball dateless, while her attached with Krum. Blaming her with being with the enemy, it caused an outrage erupting her night with the insensitivity of Ron's lack of thought. Sometimes she wondered how a man could be so stupid, and these were one of the moments.

As the Tournament Tasks dawned a difficulty for Harry, Hermione assisted him as much as she could with the lack of a balanced friendship between Ron and him. Though trying to help them bring them back together to finally talk, Hermione was there delightedly to teach Harry spells she deemed useful, and also tricks that could assist him in the provoking assignments. She was also used as a victim in the Second Task being saved by Viktor Krum embarrassed when he told his feelings about her wanting her to visit him in Bulgaria.

She also had quite the war with Rita Skeeter from the lies and personal life in her articles. Later she discovers that she is actually an unregistered Animagus, a beetle, which she takes advantage to hear other's sayings and twists it into her own. Blackmailing her to stop the nonsense of her articles about her and also Harry, or else she would tell the Ministry about her lack of registry which proclaimed the nosy annoying woman, speechless. Moral about this? Never call Hermione Jean Granger a silly little girl or spread lies. Because hell will pay if you ever do.

year five:

The Death of Cedric Diggory had brought storm clouds over Hogwarts at the end of her fourth year, and the claim of Harry that Voldermort was back didn't make anything better. Even with all the doubtful-ness of their peers, the wizarding world, and a denial Fudge Hermione still believed Harry's word because she knew when he would lie and these were one of the things she knew he would absolutely not lie about. And a angry Harry trying to overcome the Dark Lord's new strength at him was sometimes used and frustrated on his own friends, but Hermione knew that he was having problems sticking by already with his stress and still tried to help him as much as possible..

Hermione and surprisingly Ron became the prefects of their house. As always, Hermione took it very strictly and used her position for the good use, instead of taking advantage. Hearing Malfoy as a prefect too was in disbelief and horror to her and with Ron she was honestly a bit impressed. But also disappointed at his wanting to take advantage of his own position.

And with the new Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher, Umbridge came in matter more conflicts came in store for the gang and their responsibilities. Not teaching any true magic she was actually the one who recommended to create an organization in which that could teach the DADA correctly unlike in the current teacher's ways using simple books. Inventing Dumbeldore's Army she learned many things from the teacher and friend, Harry, discovering her Patronus was an otter. She did many things that ' overruled ' the rules and much education degrees that Umbridge derived, that surprisingly made the usual strict bossy girl amused and excited at what they were doing.

And, back to the blackmail of Rita Skeeter she also made her publish a article about the truth of Harry for him using Luna Lovegood's father's papers called the Quibbler. She may find the work he does barmy, but it actually made it quite the eye-grabber and made her Father thankful to them that it became more popular then it actually was. Humdingers and Snorkacks she hadn't been much of a fancy too although, hearing it from both of the Lovegood's blasted minds nearly drove her crazy and in some efforts had a few spats with the fourth year.

At the very end of her last year, Hermione had also been a accessory with Neville, Ginny, Harry, Luna and Ron at a short battle in the Ministry of Magic to try to save Sirius from the apparent vision that Harry had. Leaving Umbridge in a successful trap not too long ago in the Forbidden Forest the six rode themselves on Threstals (which she still did not believe) to try to rescue the Black captured, and also making the Death Eaters deaf to Harry's prophecy though she heard nothing either--- ending up with a quick injury and a even more depressing mater, Sirius's death.

current years:

It ended with a saddening finish, with a impossible beginning. It was one dark normal night that she had slept that woken up in which appeared to be almost a sickening beautiful dream. Waking up in the 70's was something she did not expect to see after her bedtime. She was thankful enough to find Harry, Ron, and other people she knew well in the same time period but there are also some she wished she hadn't seen both present and past. Trying to figure out to get back she can't stress enough on how she wants to leave, no matter how many familiar faces she's seen she wants to be home because time-warping is a complicated thing; one that even one stride of movement can cause a horrible aftermath.
