~Enemies~
Well Elijah isn t confrontational. So I don t think his list of enemies will stretch the length to the door. However there are always exceptions to the rule. If you are someone he doesn t approve of, and you are attempting to taint his Sister. Then it is a good chance that you will find yourself in dangerous ground with Elijah. I think others that would find themselves here would be Ex-girlfriends. Muggleborn s would be considered a minor annoyance; unless you re a gratingly annoying muggleborn, than it is likely he wouldn t be overly fond of you.
~Family~

~Friends~
Friends are the family in which we choose Elijah is actually social so as long as there is general respect between the two than it is likely the two are acquaintances, Eli is the type to have thousands of acquaintances and only a few close friends in whom he would trust.. Emmelia is a lot more social so it is a good chance that her acquaintances are his acquaintances it is easier to keep tabs on her if he isn t a blatant jerk to the those he don t approve of, so yes for the exception of the Stinking blood traitor he would tolerate those she surrounds herself with.
~Lovers~
I think that Elijah has this past year really focused himself on attempting to fix things with his family. I think when you have crisis on your hands things like Girlfriends get neglected so I m thinking he hasn t exactly been looking for a girlfriend this past year, but I was thinking perhaps he might have mistreated one good woman and might regret not fighting for her more..

Hello twin brother! I am already loving these two :] . I can't wait to fully see them in action, it's going to be disasterously epic! I think that they would have a very strong bond with each other, she would be very protective of him, and him the same with her. Thoughts? Ideas?

Sirius&Eli Since Sirius is now dating his twin sister, I have a feeling Eli will not be happy that she is dating a blood traitor. But wait! Before they had started dating, I can see them being somewhat close, but Eli probably wouldn't trust him considering he left his family and went against everything they believed in. Ideas? I love them Rodolphus&EliThey are in the same house and same year, I believe these two would get along fairly well. Emmelia confides in Rodolphus when she had decisions to make, maybe twins think alike and Eli does too?[/center] |

Yep I'm agreeing the whole protective thing going on as they are very close.. I'm thinking that perhaps things at home are not going well with Emmy like the abuse is more frequent and violent.. Elijah is fearing that she will be cast out soon.. Plus he is keeping the secret about her relationship with Sirius Black. But the truth on that is that he is over it.. He loves his sister but is becoming very much bitter because he feels she is willingly bringing a lot of this upon herself. Not Mention that he feels slighted and cast off cause perhaps he has asked her to stop the relationship cause he is attempting to save her standing in the family.. She refused so he feels like she has picked Sirius over him.. LOTS OF ANGER AND JEALOUSY ENSUES. I'm thinking of starting his first thread on the Pitch where they are of course Team mates and perhaps it is following a game in which she was hurt by a bludger... I think this would be fun as their view points of view would clash and so easily it could go from talk of Quidditch and why she shouldn't be on the team to her personal life.... Would love your feedback so I can get started on a topic..
Eli&&Sirius
I had thought Ohhhhhh they can hate one another... But then thought about your idea.. We can take this in ways that gives it a lot of depth.. Let's say the Black's and Jammison where family friends they knew one another were in each other's circle. So Sirius and Eli and Emmy and Sirius being of same age they were raised in each other’s company.. They families had the same sort of nannies and raised their pure blooded children in the appropriate manner. They were deemed acceptable sort of acquaintances from the very beginning. However as the children grew Sirius and Emmy both seemed to take on more of a Rebellious streak in personalities and both children suffered from it.. Sirius and Elijah being friends confided in one another about all things..
They were CLOSE that is till Hogwarts pulled them apart.. Elijah had the misfortune of watching his friend be sorted in a house that would bring dis-honor to his family and deep in his heart Elijah had hoped that Emmy wouldn't meet the same fate.. I think Sirius probably knew Elijah's in ability to accept their preconceived personality flaw..I think it would be seen to Sirius that Elijah had just become very un-loyal when he needed a loyal friend most not to mention, it probably infuriate him that he would treat Emmy with the same contempt that Sirius was no doubt accustom from home and his family.. The boys friendship began to crumble from the event of the sorting. However where they were no longer friends there was a still a measure of respect between the two..
That is till Elijah discovered Sirius and Emmy relationship, something that he knew his parents would not approve of and because of that, he himself could not approve of. He took it upon himself to ask Sirius to break it off with his sister expressing the risks of such a relationship.. Sirius might have just concluded that Eli didn't' think he was worthy of his sister.. (Sirius would be very right in that assumption) Of Course Sirius refused to break off anything and Elijah knowing the rumors of Sirius promiscuity was no concerned for his sisters safety and reputation.. Eli has had to endear the heartache of watching his sisters pain when she found out about Sirius's cheating on her and because it is in his Opinion that Sirius is mistreating his sister and there is no bigger insult you could do to Elijah than cruelly treat Emmelia.. I think tension between this two charries would be amazing cause they both know past the circumstance of their meeting they both value and respect one another, but we all know boys will be boys and when you’re at their age it is all about permanent solutions to temporary problems. Let me know your thoughts.
Eli&&Rodolphus
I’m thinking very good friends. Elijah would need someone who is pureblood, and could relate to the issues of having family drama centered on someone who can’t conform. I think where Rodolphus is his good friend Elijah perhaps is secretly jealous of Rodolphus. But it is never mentioned it is simply the relationship between friends who know eventually they will be of the same family serving the same man. I think Rodolphus is perhaps part of the privileged few that know Elijah well enough to know that he will not reluctantly take the mark.. Elijah is very closed off in personality being really selective about who he lets in.. I’m thinking if Rodolphus is his friend he perhaps has seen Elijah’s temper in relation to the Sirius problem.. I’m thinking it was Rodolphus who had to calm him down to keep him from doing something illegal and cause he has seen that side of Elijah he knows that Elijah is as dark as the rest of them.. But in light I think Rodolphus teases Elijah about his quiet nature referring to him as the Politian.

Oh god, these two are going to be so disasterous. I think that since Emmelia is so obsessed and into Quidditch, that if she got blown by a bludger it would make for an amazing drama fit between the two. Since she does want to go Pro, and Eli would know about it, so saying that she shouldn't play would piss her off. Then going into family issues with that oh...be prepared to have a sibling fight of the century. I love the idea. Oh, and just so you know the Jammison and Black families are very close to each other. Em and Eli would go to Grimmauld place and stay over summers, until Sirius was kicked out. Just thought you should know! :]

Rodolphus&Eli
These two would be super great friends. Roddy does indeed have a fiery temper, but he is learning to control it. I do believe Eli's tension with Sirius would carry over into his friendship with Rod, but Rod can help Eli sort out his anger and work things out in the end. Roddy can be sort of a guide for Eli, and keeping him out of trouble and the things that go with it. :3

So, former best friends, respect and tension. Got it. I think we can add rivals to the mix, quite possibly? Let me know what you think.

Well all I can say is that Alice is very close with Emmelia. So I could see more of a toleration between the two or trying to act civil. Alice is a pureblood but her family isn't as strict as other families. So she is considered a blood traitor. So maybe he doesn't approve of her friendship with Emmelia but tolerates it? add/subtract/modify?

You are right he wouldn't approve of her as an acquaintance for Emmelia.. She would join the ranks of those he is looking to weed from his sisters life.. I think there are ways to spark some tension between Alice and Emmelia though.. Elijah is currently on a split up with his girlfriend I see him wanting to make her jealous and where Emmelia and Elijah fight all the time she is still very protective of her brother.. I'm thinking she might not appreciate a friend who attempts to fool around with her brother.. And Elijah is the type to use that to provoke a fight.. Let me know if your game.. |
