Yeah, that does make sense for them to have known each other- maybe they were more acquaintances than friends, and now they're getting to know one another better? Really, this could go any way you like, so go crazy.
Lily & Diana
Drama, drama, drama! Funtime! I think having them be cautious friends before they each knew about each other's relationships with Severus, and then maybe have a rift because of it, could be interesting. Diana has a bit of a flare-up-flare-down temper, so if one of her tantrums ends up directed at Lily, there could be more drama!drama!drama!

*Applauds* That was some tirade, there! I heartily approve. Anyway. Diana, against her own better judgement, likes Draco a little, but hates Cadmus; more tension there if she decides to defend him against Cadmus. (Probably some more detentions, too xDD) Pretty much anything could go down between these two- and if her temper flares up again, that could be a very entertaining thing to write!

Omg. More times for Lily to feel betrayed, since she offered to help Diana with her costume! More and more people she makes friends up end up being Severus' friends, too. Haha! Oh man. This'll be a whirlwind of drama that we'll have to handle. Rest assured, at the current moment, Lily likes Diana, especially since she listened to her! Makes her feel all bubbly inside. But god. When they get in the jealousy fits she has... Wheewww.

Ahh, sucks that Lucius can't show that he loves his son (which he does). These two are probably going to fight some, aren't they? He's kind of stuck, then. He can't really hate her since, in his head, she's doing the right thing. But, gods, will they get on each others nerves... especially during the detentions. |

Hey there I have a unique idea for plot idea.. Not sure if you will go for it as it seems you have Diana's romantic interest in another persons direction. But here you go.. I've been fiddling this idea for a Elijah to have had a very serious past relationship. I'm thinking it is something that started early on as and saw them threw the years.. Sadly like all Men Elijah is prone to behaving like a jerk and perhaps did so, a few too many times. Sadly it cost Elijah the very thing he didn't want to loose.. Her...
Elijah is not used to loss, in fact if anything he avoids risking things that would see him wounded so it is guarantee that he would handle the loss of of this person in about the same way a Toddler would handle the loss of a favored toy.. He simply doesn't know just how to let it go.. I'm thinking this storyline has potential to be crazy romantic.
What I'm thinking is Diana and Elijah hit it off as friends in their first years and Diana became to Elijah the sister figure he could dote on and she filled that void for him flawlessly. Sometime around their fouth year it was Elijah who developed more romantic feeling for his friend and after a small amount of courting they became a known couple, and they were happy. Diana might have been thrilled with a boyfriend who was protective and tender to her one that looked out for her needs but she slowly began to realize something about Elijah.. He wasn't allowing her to do things, and was becoming more and more controlling she soon realized he honestly thought she couldn't do things for herself.
She began to question if he was ashamed of her in-ability to see, and began to resent it when he would do things like hold her chair out for her and offer to read to her instead of allowing her to rely on the books made to work with her condition. It truly ate at her and the more she fought for her freedom the more he attempted to protect her from it till she requested a time out.. and that is where they are at in their sixth year.. I think that there is smoldering feelings kept beneath injured egos and the two fight to relieve the tension that is constantly building between them... He wants her back badly.. If your game... Let me know...

ZOMG YOU ARE A GENUIS!!!
I love your idea! This would be such a cool thing to do- especially as Diana’s developing feelings for Draco. There could be some neat tension between the three of them at the Masquerade, seeing as Draco asked Diana to go with him. Draco’s mostly interested in taking revenge for her temper flare-up (she insulted him and his family, not to mention the fact that she sided with, of all people, Harry Potter against him.) Diana, being the slightly naïve girl that she is, has little idea. Maybe if Draco tries to do something nasty to her, Elijah could step in or something and make her feel guilty for dumping him. I think if we do this plot (yes, please!) half of the reason Diana could have been attracted to Draco in the first place is because he doesn’t ever treat her like she’s blind. (Doesn’t stop him from being a bit of an ego maniac, however). When it comes to people trying to coddle her, Diana is definitely a rebel, which is why your idea is so AHMAZING!!!
OOH OOH IDEA!!! So Diana can sometimes see colors around people, like auras. She doesn’t understand the significance of the auras- they appear around (so she thinks) random people. I have actually been wondering and wondering about what kind of pattern it should take. What if the people with auras are important to her, and the stronger the colors, the more she cares about them? At the moment, Draco’s got probably the strongest because she’s got such a crush on him. But Eli’s could end up getting stronger and stronger as his got weaker (maybe the more he was a jerk to her or something?). This is mostly something for me, but the only thing you might want to decide for Eli especially is- what color would you like for him? Harry got the Gryffindor colors, Georgiana (Diana’s sister) got the color of the flower she always smells like (heather), her uncle got the colors of the Russian flag, and Draco got peacock colors. Is there anything specific you’d want Eli to have?
The only thing I’d ask to change would be- they kept the relationship quiet. Maybe Diana was nervous about what people would say, or something, but if we did it that way there could be room for a lot of awkward teasing from other people, as well as explanations to other people about what they did. Just think it might add a little more color to the relationship if they both had to hide it from others.
I definitely agree that there would be some smoldering feelings and some wounded egos. I love love LOVE your idea and we need to do it as soon as possible!!!

Okay I'm thinking the reason they kept the relationship private is cause of Elijah's family standing.. I think it would be perfectly normal for Diana to fear that his family would not approve of her. Elijah wasn't as worried. But he proceeded to court her in private.
As for his color... I"m thinking currently his color would be GREEN right now it is the color of Jade cause he has lost her, however as things strength it turns more of a Emerald.. The smell of him would be Ceder and lavender. |
