Jeanne loved Hogwarts the flowers around the grounds during fall time were soo pretty. The little 'snowbells' that flowered all year round. They were her current attraction for being outside. She had exited the Ravenclaw common room, and made her way down the changing staircases. Tightening her robes slightly around her tiny body. She loved Hogwarts in the fall, it was absolutely gorgeous. She'd miss it, when she'd end up leaving. She braced herself as she finally pushed the entrance door open, and made her way out to the walks around the grounds. She loved fall, it smelled like leaves. Technically many would say it smelled like death of a season. But to her, it was the most amazing smell ever. Although all seasons had things that she liked. Fall had apple cider and the sweet smell of pumpkin, the crunch of leaves which made Jeanne stand outside for ages jumping on them just to hear their crunch.
She was a very fun person. Many people would think she was odd, but she liked to be herself, and took pride in being only her. She didn't imagine being someone else. But Jeanne at Hogwarts missed her home the most. She was very much into her mother. She loved her, and the fact she couldn't spend alot of time with her during the year made her a little homesick at times, but that smile continued to press on even, when her family wasn't near her. She was an advocate for peace, and persued the fact that love was real. She believed that love was the only thing worth living foor. She was a bit of a nutter sometimes. She walked through the grounds allowing the 'snowbells' on the trees to drag against the blond hair, probably leaving a couple stray ones to tangle against her blond. She smiled twirling around in them for a minute, almost like she was dancing to invisable music in her head. Humming a waltz and moving to the beat in her head.
Although she was blissfully unaware that anyone else would be walking around the grounds at this moment in time. Her lips turning a sweet shade of pink as the cold nipped lightly at her skin. The tan was still visable on her soft summer skin. She loved being outside exploring, it was just relaxing at times. But today seemed that she was alone in all of her thoughtless glory.

Regulus was more of an indoor kind of guy, he liked being nice and cozy inside and not having to worry about the cold and all that nonsense. But right now he'd been wallowing away in self pity and keeping all his anger pent up inside that he needed to just get out. It really didn't matter to him where he got out to just as long as he got out and away from the common room. Besides his fellow Slytherins weren't too helpful to him right now. Normally he would enjoy their rude remarks about his brother and Emmelia but right now just hearing their names just made him angrier than ever. Well angry with Sirius, more depressed and guilt ridden when it came to Emmelia. He still couldn't believe he had lost control and done that to her. At least it was pretty mild to what it could have been, btu he still felt terrible. He wished he could apologize to her, but the prideful side of him didn't want to at the same time. Plus he didn't want to be anywhere near her if she was going to date Sirius.
At least the cold was refreshing, it helped him clear his mind a little bit. He let out a deep sigh and tried to just walk and not think about all the drama that was back inside the castle. He shoved his hands inside his jean pockets and began to walk through the grounds, not really sure where he was going. But whatever, at least he'd actually managed to get himself up and out of the common room, that was the biggest challenge, trying to motivate himself into actually getting up and going for a walk. Most of the time he told himself he would go for a walk or whatever and then just put it off until it was too late to be out.
He stopped immediately as he heard somebody, were they humming?! Part of him was curious but at the same time a bit weirded out. Just who was he going to see around here? Walking a bit slowly as he kept his eye out for whoever this person was, and then spotted her... waltzing. He knew there were some batty people at Hogwarts, it was a bit expected, but he had never really come across them. Whenever his friends mentioned anybody who seemed a bit off their rocker he just did his best to avoid them. Should he keep on walking or just turn back while he still could. But then as luck would have it, he stepped on a good sized twig which snapped louldy. Great... he was sure to be seen now.

Jeanne was actually a kind and gentlehearted individual. She was pushed around alot, but she tended not to take any of it in stride. She stuck to herself, when she wasn't hanging out with the new transfer student Hannah, and those in her very small circle. She was very much a loner within Hogwarts, and just explored. Alot of people found her a bit odd, but she didn't see it that way, when people looked at her weird. She was a little off yes, but her beauty seemed to pick up where her 'personality' lacked. Her mother too was a very pretty witch. But she'd been a Hufflepuff back in her years at Hogwarts. Her father was a Ravenclaw, and he was decent looking and very well liked. He used to tell her stories on how he met her mother, and how awkward she seemed to be personality wise, but it was her being unique that caught his attention, and when she was picked on as a child, he always told her 'black swans turned out beautiful one day'.
She deffinitely grew up heeding the information that her father had given her as a child. One day she'd pass the same information down to her own children. She continued to waltz in the trees, the snowbells stood no chance to the long blond hair that wasn't hidden in the edges of her robes. The blond hair whipping lightly around her head as she turned, and turned in the over shadowing of the trees, and her eyes finally fluttered open with the crack of a branch. She stopped her dancing, and stood in completely stone standing, as she glanced around for the sound or the person who had made the sound. "Hello?" she called out moving from with under a couple branches, her smile perking up as she saw another Slytherin student standing there for a moment.
She kinda peeked through the leaves of the tree, and she tilted her head gently to stare back at him. He just looked.. miserable. Jeanne could pick up on things like these. The sensory in her body picked up the crazy moods of some people. Sometimes it bugged her, but then she knew who to avoid once in a while. "Why are you scowling?" she asked staring at the boy for a moment. "It's bad for the face, and makes wrinkles. Smiles are worth all the galleons anyone could ever need." she stated with a titled head, as she just glanced him over for a moment. Jeanne was the person who believed in love.. for love. Not for being simply attracted to the person, but for who they were inside, and out. You could have been ugly, but if something was good about you, it made you good looking to a person like her. Being judged so hard by many others, you came to notice small things like that.

Regulus was just the opposite for the most part. He wasn't that kindhearted, the only soft spots he had in his heart were for people that deserved them. And that consisted of his friends, his family, and that was about it. It was very hard fro him to let people in, especially now after all the heartbreak he had gone through. He had let his guard down and actually cared for somebody for the first time. But then it had all turned against him and here he was all alone again. But this time he was bitter and really wanted nothing to do with the idea of love anymore. So now was going to be back to his uncaring Slytherin ways, it was good being bad.
Great just great, he sighed, well he couldn't just leave now that he had been spotted. That would just make this even more awkward for him than it already was. He studied the girl a little bit, she was quite pretty but the whole waltzing seemed to make him question her a little still. Why did all the pretty girls have to be batty? All girls seemed to have some fault to him lately. Maybe it was because he was just being bitter and cynical about just about anything ever since the whole blow up with Emmelia. Maybe he should try and working that a little bit...
Smiling just wasn't something he did, really. Especially lately when he'd been in this little black cloud mood where he was either angry or depressed. The only time he'd ever smiled these days was when he was scheming, or imagining just what horrible things he could do to make his situation better. And that probably wasn't the kind of smile most people wanted to see, since it was more sinister than anything else. "How can you smile when there is nothing to smile about?" he asked, he really didn't have too much to smile about, if anything. He tried to think of one happy thing that had occured lately to him that could possibly bring him some sort of happiness. Becoming a Death Eater? Maybe, it had made him happy at first until that whole argument with Emmelia and Sirius at the Three Broomsticks.

Jeanne didn't mind having company, it just meant that she wouldn't be dancing alone at the moment. Especially with someone out there, who might look at her funny. The girl might have been a little weird, but Jeanne was a very unique individual. She enjoying being different, and spending time doing things someone else would think boring. At times the girl was normal, she did normal things like normal students. She just had a very wide outlook on things she saw, and how she interpreted things. But as she stood back staring at the girl, she peeked out from where she'd been dancing in the trees, adorned with bits of flowers that had attached and pulled themselves free from their stems, she walked closer to the boy for a moment. The boy was a black, a pureblood, and a slytherin. She seemed to be running into a whole slew of Slytherins lately, and she was actually enjoying many of their companies. They weren't as cruel as some would say. Depending on who they were with, and the kind of mood they were in as well.
Although his question back to her struck him as a rather odd things to ask a girl like her. Not many people really knew her as a person either. She walked closer to him, and allowed her hand to place lightly against his face. "Because.. you're at the most magical place on earth, and you're alive. Some wizards would give their magical powers to have this." she stated nodding her head at the boy. She gave him a rather Jeanne kind of smile for a moment, she stuck her hand up, and tilted her head lightly at him. The girl was into the Aura thing, noting who someone was, and what kind of mood they were by the vibes they were giving off. Many would suspect it was along trawlaneys kind of teachings, but some had that gift, and others could read crystal balls, and look into a cup and tell you what kind of dangers you'd probably be facing. She wasn't into all of that, she was more of the mood reader. "Why are you so down?" she asked giving him a crooked kind of glance, as she patted his face. She knew people didn't like when she got close or touched them. But she was the type of girl who liked to give that sort of moral support.
"Mister Black." she stated allowing her body to move a couple inches back so she could take the view of his face in. "Life is to short to be sad, hurt, or angry." she nodded her head at him. She was like a walking fortune cookie sometimes. It wasn't like Jeanne didn't hear the rumors about the Gryffindor and the Slytherin. It seemed to be a trend among the students lately. Normally it was Hufflepuff's paired off with Gryffindors, or Ravenclaw's and Slytherin's. It was very rare to hear of a pairing that consisted of a Gryffindor or a Slytherin that actually really worked out. The girl didn't go by rumors alone, she liked to feel and see what the other person was going through, or what they had to say. She tucked a piece of straight blond hair behind her ear, those blue eyes fluttering back at him with a smile gracing her face. "Just think of today as the first day of the rest of your life.. unless the nargles come." she stated glancing around a tad bit.

Between all the Blacks it seemed that the male Blacks were a lot milder than the female ones. Even he didn't cross his female relatives, he knew better than to piss off any of them. There was no way he compared to his cousin Bellatrix, though lately he had been on a bit of a rampage and was definitely acting more villainous than usual. It was that or he was so quiet and in his own little world that it even worried his friends just how passive he had been.
Why in the hell was she touching his face? He felt so awkward right now, but he just did his best to really think about how he really wished she'd just back up a little bit. Well wasn't she little Miss Positivity. He didn't care about being alive lately, that's why he had been compelled to join the Death Eaters. He was too selfish to kill himself, so he might as well just be reckless and if it happens then it happens and if it does, well he then whatever. "There are many things. But you wouldn't want to hear them," he said giving her a grim smile. He didn't want to share his whole sob story with Hogwarts. Though he was sure a lot of people knew it since the entire group that was involved had many different friends so he was sure it would have spread by now.
She was right, life was too short to be wallowing away in his own self pity. But it was hard to think that way when it seemed like his whole world had been shattered and now he was left to try and pick up the pieces of his broken life. He was just about to agree with her, yes definitely needed some new way of thinking but then he paused when she mentioned... what was it? Nargles? It sounded like some weird disease. "What the bloody hell is a nargle?" He asked, well at least she had gotten his mind off of everything else. But now he really wanted to know what the hell she was talking about.
