It was all too often the eldest Lestrange was found in Hogsmeade. It was true, ever since school, wasn't the best worker. He took work for granted, and based off his attitude and natural ambitious attitude from day one of work he'd been warned about watching where he stood. But luckily for him it never went any further than from a warning. He was well known for being a bit of a charmer, getting away with practically murder because he was just unexpected.
Everyone seemingly believed that the world had fell to peace. My my weren't they wrong? To the outside he was simply a cocky arrogant twat that seemed overly normal. He lived in muggle areas, wore muggle clothing, even had a muggle car. To the ministry he looked like a good guy, well that and the fact he was more than likely good friends with the minister of magic, but those that knew all the better figured he wasn't exactly as charming as he made himself out to be.
Where to? Hogsmeade was the first place that had come to mind, and shortly after glancing at the clock he began making his way out the ministry only to apparate a few meters away from the Madam Puddifoots. Although surely with any luck it wouldn't be all that busy for the evening as Rodolphus was simply not in the mood for crowds of company. He strolled on in heading straight over to his favored spot. The far right, close to a small dull window in which he could glance out onto the streets just in case trouble arose.

The look on Sirius' face when she told him about dating Regulus as well, was scarred on her mind. It haunted her in her sleep, made her feel like the lowest person on the face of the earth. How could she live with herself? She was hurting two of the most important people in her life, and she still couldn't choose between the two. It was upsetting her more and more when she thought about it. She was roaming the halls of Hogwarts, not even caring if a Prefect caught her. Yet, somehow she ended up in Hogsmeade...was she really thinking that much to not have noticed where she went?
With a long sigh she walked into Madam Puddifoots Tea Shop hoping that a small cup of tea would help her sort out her thoughts. She looked around the shop and noticed a familiar face in the back corner. One that she was in need of talking to now. Rodolphus Lestrange was someone she never thought she would be able to confide in, or have him open up to her. Yet that night on the pitch she had a better understanding of him and he had a better understand of her.
She walked over and sat down across from him a sullen look on her face. She had never been so depressed before. "I'm in a mess, Rodolphus." She told him and ordered a cup of tea from the waiter. She was in need of some good advice and to attempt to relax and unwind. Perhaps figure out what she was going to do about her situation as well.

Rodolphus held his cup to his mouth, blowing on the hot tea before putting it to his lip. He swallowed the green tea, and then set the tea back on the coaster before picking up the Daily Prophet. The sun was beginning to set in Hogsmeade; no matter for him. Being a prefect once again had its perks, he could be out of the castle whenever he wanted and would return just as he pleased. The bell rang on the small wooden door as the footsteps of a saddened girl came into the room.
Second passed before the girl came inside, the footsteps grew closer to him. His green eyes narrowed at the door, trying to put a name on the face of the girl. It was none other than Emmelia Jammison. She was also a Slytherin, the two had once spoken of their family's past. It was interesting how the two were very much alike. Lestrange had never found someone who was, or as close, as the predicament he was currently involved in.
Rodolphus, I'm in a mess Emmelia said before sitting down at his table. Was Rod supposed to help her with advice? He began to think about what could possibly be going through her mind and causing her a great deal of distress. What's on your mind, Em?
He asked casually, but seemed concerned for her. Rodolphus never cared for anyone except for Lucius and Narcissa, but recently Emmelia and he had been having small chats where he began to trust her. Lyrics: Escape from this afterlife. Emmelia hoped that she was intruding on Rodolphus. He seemed to try and be relaxing when she sat down at the table. Yet, she really needed to talk to him, she needed to make her decision soon. She couldn't just leave Sirius waiting for an answer, and she had to tell Regulus about the whole thing soon along with her decision. It was just really tough on her to decide. She needed advice and since she's been getting close to Rodolphus, who else was there to go to?
"I've been dating both the Black brothers and I don't know who to choose." She gave him the short, overly short version. She didn't know what his reaction was going to be. Who would have a good reaction to that though? She had been secretly dating Regulus since the summer, and just recently started with Sirius. It was a rather awful predicament she was in. She hoped that the advice from Rodolphus would help.
She was torn right down the middle between the two. She loved and cared for them both, and it was hard for her to make a final decision. Sirius or Regulus, Regulus or Sirius, it was an awful decision for her to make. She was going to have to break one of their hearts, possibly lose one forever and it was going to be hard on her.
Emmelia took her tea and blew on it gently before taking a small sip. Placing it back on the coaster, she waited for Rodolphus to say something. She sat back and relaxed allowing the tea's warmth to wash over her.

Rodolphus scanned parts of the Prophet before listening to what Emmelia had to say. He was indeed trying to relax, but a friendly interruption was never a bad thing in his view. She looked very distraught and looked like it was a life or death situation. It was finally time to hear what she had to say. I'm dating both Black brothers Rodolphus nearly spat out his tea in alarm. His green eyes widened and looked at Emmelia flat in the face.
You're...what?!
There was really nothing else to be said. It was curious to him why a girl would ever have the option to openly cheat on another guy. It went against his views on dating and the whole nine yards. Emmelia looked as if she came to Rodolphus for the final decision and advice in order to decide her fate. He had known the Black family for far too long, and knew very well of both Regulus and Sirius. It was interesting, the boys were completely different and yet she had fallen for both of them. Rodolphus stroked his chin and began to think of what advice he could possibly give her. It was true, Rod hated Sirius with a burning passion, only because he was a filthy blood traitor. Nevertheless, he had heard countless stories of Sirius saving someone or helping his friends no matter what the cost. Regulus on the other hand, was a different story. Rodolphus was fairly close to Regulus, and had been for most of his life. He was the one who was informed to get Regulus to make his final choice to join the Dark Arts and bring pride back to the Black family name. He peered over at Emmelia again, his words probably wouldn't mean anything, and he was biased as all hell. I'll tell you what I think He paused and cleared his throat before continuing to speak. From what I hear about Sirius, is that he will stick by his friends no matter what happens. The both of you have known one another for a long time, and he has always had your back The words were like poison from a basilisk fang when he spoke. As for Regulus, he has always been there for you as well It was time Emmelia heard the truth, what all about Regulus could he have no told her? The truth is, Regulus is about to join the Death Eaters. I know you aren't completely on board with the idea of you being one. I figured you had the right to know Was this chat going to help Emmelia with her choice? Possibly, only a mad man would take this advice. Emmelia practically cowered in her chair as Rodolphus' tea spewed into the air. His green eyes like daggers at her. She should've expected this reaction and it seemed as if it was hard for him to grasp the whole situation. She knew that he didn't like Sirius at all, but he was very close to Regulus. It was hard for her to decide what to do, she loved both of them, they were different in their own way, and she was fatally attracted to them both. She listened to what he had to say and took in a deep breath.
"You're right, Sirius is very loyal to his friends. That is how he will always be, and it's a great trait to have." She agreed on the whole Sirius bit. She wondered if Rodolphus knew just how close Regulus and her were. He told her everything, there wasn't anything that she didn't know. "I've known for a while that Regulus will be joining the Death Eaters. I support his decision if that's what he wishes to do, I may not like it, but I'm not going to change his mind either..." She responded.
Emmelia needed to begin to weigh out the pro's and con's of both Sirius and Regulus. They were so different but could be so alike at the same time. She wished that it could be easier, but then again falling in love was never easy.
"I told Sirius the other night I've been seeing Regulus secretly since the summer. I honestly don't know who I should choose. They're both so different and yet I love them both in their own way also." Emmelia stated. "I hate this, boys are so complicated."

It was getting rather annoying, the cleaning the tea off the Prophet and his clothes that is. The debate over Sirius and Regulus would only be just beginning. It was another interesting thing about Emmelia, how she fell for the two Black boys. Rodolphus was not just going to sit there and lecture to her to what she should do. Rod was never good at giving advice, his mind was so scatterbrained, but it all made sense to him.
Time continued to tick away and nothing was getting solved. He looked at his watch, it was not too late, not nearly the time he wanted to get back to another night of not sleeping. He was growing too tired of the nights were he was tormented in his sleep. It was interesting once again that Emmelia knew about the Death Eater choice, only the Black family and Rodolphus knew about it.
Rodolphus peered from the tea stained news paper and looked at Emmelia with his green eyes, losing all the hatred from the previous conversation. You know, I never thought Regulus would consider getting with a girl
He smirked and wiped the tea from the table with a napkin. Regulus would always use people to get what he wanted or hear what he wanted to hear, then he would dispose of them like last night's chicken dinner. It was a trait Rodolphus loved and hated. Emmelia took another sip of her tea and took in a long deep breath before setting it back on the coaster. This debate between which once she should be with could go on for years. She didn't know what she would do if she lost either of them. Why did they have to be so attractive to her? Not just in physical appearance but their personalities as well. They had their flaws as well but that was over run by just how perfect they were to her. This whole thing was beginning to annoy her, why couldn't she just pick one to stay with?
She listened to what Rodolphus said and sighed a little. "Regulus and Sirius seem as if they are not into real relationships. They don't like to be tied down, and that especially goes with Regulus. While on Sirius' hand I have never seen him, in all the years that I've known him, I have not once seen him actually have a true relationship with a girl." She spoke. It was rough on her especially. Neither of them seemed to want a real relationship.
That's another reason why she was so afraid to choose. What if she chose Regulus and he didn't want to be a real item? Or what if she chose Sirius and all he wanted her for was for a fling like the others? She fell for the two men out of the whole castle who didn't like to settle down. What were the odds of that?

Rodolphus looked at her with a stern look, there was just so much that Emmelia didn't truly understand about Regulus and the entire Black family. The Black Family was an interesting topic on all it's own, without even throwing Bellatrix into the topic. Bellatrix was another story all on its own. All in all, the Noble House of Black was messed up in it's own crazy web of insanity.
Why were relationships so complex? He had no idea where his so called relationship with Bellatrix was going, if it was going anywhere at all. His eyes looked back at Emmelia after his stern looked vanished. Here's a thought, have you asked either of them what they are wanting with this relationship? Where do they see it's going?
He smirked after he had spoken the took a sip of his cooled green tea. Rodolphus probably just gave away the key to her problem. Ask and you shall receive, as the saying goes. Now that he thought about it, Sirius was only into girls for the thrill and just because he could. However, maybe Emmelia was a different girl to him and changed his perspective. As for Regulus, he was only to get inside a girl's mind and manipulate them to satisfy his fancy; the trait Rodolphus had wanted for a very long time. The more she thought about it, the more it began to come to her. It was right before her eyes, and she was so foolishly blind not to have seen it sooner. Emmelia could have slapped herself it was so obvious, and Rodolphus just sparked it by his question. She already knew the answer to it. Regulus would think nothing serious of them, Sirius on the other hand she would have to be sure. Love was something Sirius had never used in his vocabulary ever before. Even as a child she could remember him not even saying it to his own mother. What had happened to her over the past few weeks? This wasn't how she normally was...she was spending time with the Slytherins too much...they were finally beginning to get to her.
"I already know the answer..." Emmelia whispered almost in a smile. How could she have been so ignorant? There was no denying that she loved Sirius, but did she really love Regulus as much as she thought she did. Sure, they were secretly hooking up and such, and that blinded her into infatuation, not love. "Rodolphus, do you think if I let go of Reggie that he would confer with you easier?" She knew that he was holding him back from what he wanted. She also knew that being down that path with somebody was not a great idea either. She needed to know if she split up with Regulus that Rodolphus' plan would go much smoother for him. Perhaps his anger would be taken out where it was originally supposed to happen.
Emmelia knew that Rodolphus was going to push him further into becoming a Death Eater. She was smart and she knew Regulus far too well. No one else could push him into doing it unless it was the man sitting before her. She worried about Regulus though, she still cared for him after all. "You have to promise me you will look out for him, alright?" Tears formed in her eyes, she wished that Regulus would choose otherwise...but it was his destiny to become a Death Eater and she knew it. Even if they did end up with each other she knew it wouldn't last, being a Death Eater was what he really wanted.

Why were things getting so damn complicated. It was just the other day Rodolphus caught himself giving "advice" to a third year about something unimportant, but he was a prefect and it was his job to help and advise the younger students. Getting into business he didn't care about to begin with, what a thrill. He could remember countless times he would be approached by a lost student trying to find their classroom, Rodolphus always took the scenic route to the destination and rambled on about random history facts about the school. Not like the student could careless, Rod had fun time doing such that.
His eyes glimmered for a brief moment after she had mentioned that she knew the answer. Damn! For such a complicated manner, Emmelia seemed to figure out an answer rather quickly. She would have her reasoning for choosing whoever she chose and it truly did not mean anything to him.
Letting Regulus go, what an interesting idea. That Black brother never ceased to shut up whenever he was around Rodolphus and the other Slytherin "clan", it was getting on his nerves to say the least. If anything, it will have him come crawling to me for more advice and what he calls brotherly bonding time
He smirked as he had spoken and looked at Emmelia with a crooked smile. I suppose I can keep an extra eye on him Rodolphus was not the man of many words, if anything you would be glad you got anything out of his mouth in time of seriousness. Of course he would watch over Regulus, it was strange Reggie reminded him a lot of Rabastian. If anything, the new found time together would give Lestrange even more time to convince him that the Dark Arts are the source of all power. Lyrics: Teach me wrong from right. It was strange how Emmelia could figure things out when she talked to someone about her issues. It was as if immediately the light bulb clicked in her head and she immediately knew the answer. All it took was for someone to say the right thing and it was like BING! with a set of red lights. Emmelia finally smiled taking another sip of her tea, she was finally beginning to relax. It was beginning to come in full circle for her just when she thought she was never going to figure it out.
"I have a feeling when I tell him he's going to throw whatever is in front of him." Emmelia chuckled at Rodolphus' statement, a little scared at hers though. She had seen Regulus angry before but not full out infuriated. She had no idea what he was capable of, and especially when he finds out that she has been seeing Sirius, and has chosen him over Regulus as well. The room that they will be in when it happens will be in shambles she believed.
Emmelia smiled when Rodolphus said he would keep an eye on him, that made her feel a little bit better. Even though she knew it would push him into the Dark Arts even further...it was something she knew she couldn't prevent. "Thank you, Rodolphus." The talk had helped her, and even though he didn't know it, he helped her with her final decision a little bit.
