She's not much as a kid as she is a bitch, but yea totally first impressions can always be implied. She'll try to work her way up to his ' trust zone ' and try to be mild-mannered as possible (it is her specialty after all) and if they do actually start becoming real friends she start to act more... genuine, lol. But yes. //accepted stamp of ideas// After all, she is kind of dependent herself so she needs someone to work with, anyway. But she will have her occasional pouts and stubborness that will irritate there way of trust.

You seem to have a lot on your plate, plot-wise, but I figured I would post here anyway for future reference. I always got the impression that Draco must look up to Severus in some fashion, especially if both his mother and father had good relationships with him. So, meeting Severus-as-17-year-old might get crazy. I think it actually may be interesting if Severus is the most suspicious of everyone about Draco's looks. The resemblance is uncanny, definitely, but also his mannerisms would be similar, which is something Severus would notice.

Can never have too many plots xP Well...yeah. The ideas for them anyway -is a bit of a plot ho- I gotta say, I always saw Severus as a sort of mentor figure to Draco, or godfather or something. But Draco does look up to him, that's for sure. Being a close friend of his parents would have helped with that. And I like that idea. If he realises that Severus must be here and young if his mother is, he might try to avoid being looked at directly by him because of knowing that if anyone was to find him out, it would probably be him. Having someone suspicious of him would have him looking over his shoulder quite a bit.

So...enemies, per chance? I can most definately see that. All Draco has time for, with Gryffindor's, is taunting them. Trying to push Harry into doing something which would be stupid may also make Draco look like a bit of an idiot himself. But animosity, certainly. Due to the fact that Draco doesn't actually have any muscle yet, or anyone to watch his back, I doubt he'd actively seek out a confrontation. He's a bit of a wimp after all xP

Yep, Draco is certainly going to be confused and is going to try to avoid him at all costs. Looking out for himself, of course. We could do the standard.. Hufflepuff and Slytherin thing were they basically ignore one another’s existence. There is just one flaw in that plan, it is like beyond boring. So after some thought I was thinking perhaps we can tweak it just a bit and give the two some history that would make them interacting interesting and fun.

I was thinking perhaps the two did the whole entire ignore one another through their first year. Then second year happened and well Hannah discovered the wonderful world of boys, and joined the ranks of Draco’s Little Fan club.

It took a better part of a year for her to realize she didn’t have what he was looking for, or better yet for him to acknowledge her enough to speak to her, and that was enough to pop the bubble of her budding infatuation with him.. Sadly by this time the damage was done he knew all about her little infatuation and proceeded to make her life a living hell for the remainder of the year.

I think their paths would have crossed do to her mother’s work association with the Ministry. He would have known her, but always see her as that gangly thing who’s un-wanted attention he needed to bare for a year.

I’m not sure the time twist would change this, as Hannah wasn’t at the school at the time of the time warp she had been put in Hiding shortly after her mother’s death. I don’t think he would hate her as he did The Trio but I’m certain there would be some annoyance and depending on how often her rubbed her face on the crush thing there could be room for strong dislike.. Would love to thread with you so I’m open to your ideas..

I am loving those ideas. Draco´s Little Fan club would most certainly be a reason why he´s always so big-headed now...and maybe also why he´s so easily irritated. Unwanted attention following you around can do that to anyone. xP With the crush thing, he´d probably just never stop seeing her as a little kiddie and could constantly bring it up just to provoke a reaction. As well as to stoke his own ego. I doubt he´d hate her though. I don´t think he can possibly hate anyone as much as the golden trio. But still, don´t think they´d be friends.

Perhaps he wouldn´t even notice that she wasn´t at school. His mind is usually fixed on himself in positions perfect for giant sulks, and watching others isn´t his strong point. Not sure what else...but it would be brilliant to thread with you

Oh look, a Gryffindor. Worse than a Gryffindor, a relation of Draco's who has actually done the unthinkable and turned his back on his family. I'm guessing Draco would dislike him just from that fact alone, seeing as he has a rather strong sense of family. Mutual dislike...perhaps rivals. But only with barbs and words - without any muscle to back him up, Draco's a chicken. He wouldn't go out of his way to make a target of himself to a Gryffindor with a large following and a penchant for breaking rules without a strong backing for himself. But...sly curses could happen. They are his speciality. Face to face confrontations though...Draco doesn't handle those so well. He keeps losing and getting irritated because of it.

I can see Draco actually trying to work his way in with him. Both because of Lucius and for the support he needs to get back in with the Slytherin in crowd (as he doesn't have that, another irritating thing...as he deserves in his mind not to just be in it but ruling it xP). Friendly, perhaps? Ulteriour motives, of course, for Draco at least, but friends might be fun xP

Meleny is in the same year as Draco so they share the same classes. I think they would be enemies because she first of all is a Gryffindor. She has a twin sister in Slytherin who aspires to be a death eater. Meleny's own father is a death eater and he murdered her mother in front of her over the summer. Anyway, Meleny is basically a blood traitor because she doesn't have the beliefs of a pureblood. She even wants to rescue her own house elf from abuse. Meleny's parents are seventeen in the era that they're currently in and her father is a Slytherin.
